C-LARS Umbilical Lubrication System
The C-LARS Umbilical Lubrication Systems (ULS) is designed to pressure inject lubricant into the armor package of a ROV type umbilical or standard wire rope. The ULS is sef-contained and designed to be transported with all components in one package. The ULS only requires a compressed air source of 60psi @ 12 CFM to begin operations after set-up. The ULS is designed to carry all required lubrication equipment and five pails of C-Rx or C-Rx ECO to job site in a single package.

- Umbilical / Sizes – 25.40 mm (1.0 in.) to 50.80 mm (2.0 in.)
- Injector Construction: 6061 Aluminum, welded
- High pressure injection penetrates inner layers ensuring adequate lubrication
- Special pump utilizes 60:1 pressure ratio piston pump capable of delivering C-Rx or C-Rx ECO a rate of 48 oz/min. Grease output volume is sufficient for most demanding applications requiring grease transfer for distances up to 200 ft.
- ULS accommodates both 30 & 60 lb. pails of grease
- Both Straight and Taper wall pails accommodated.
- Quick disconnect couplings for rapid setup and installation
- 25-foot 3/8” grease line mounted on retractable reel for easy storage
- 50-foot air line mounted on manual reel for easy storage
- Integrated air-control system allows pressure adjustment for all operations.
- Air-cylinder assisted pump removal with blow back feature for pail change out during lubrication.
